All areas of Human Functioning Physical, Social, Emotional, Cognitive, and Communication/Language occur between birth and Six years and in these periods the Important Learning and Developments take the foundation. The challenge would be to deal with each Child who has Unique Strengths, Interests and needs that require special focused Teaching Methods, Materials and Programs to deal with the children’s learning. Through the use of games, educational tools and learning exercises, teachers build core skills to help children succeed in school.
A specific goal for learning and development along with Sustained Interactions with other children, guided by Trained Educators is the goal of our Teachers Training.
Qualifications to be a Good Kindergarten Teacher

| • | First of all, you have to love kids enough in order to be willing to be a part of their developmental process. |
| • | Is supposed to act as a facilitator of education for children. |
| • | While dealing with children of such a tender age, one has to be extremely patient and understanding. |
| • | Should have a personality that is warm and comforting. |
| • | He or she should have a disposition that commands respect without being too stern or rigid. |
| • | Should be able to mingle with children effortlessly |
| • | Should be able to communicate clearly with the children and hence good communication skills are a must for any kindergarten teacher. |
| • | Should have the ability to organize a group of students and allow them to express their creativity and have fun without violating the decorum. |
| • | An ideal kindergarten teacher is the one who takes over the role of wise mentor and a loving parent at the same time. |
